Forss House Hotel - Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
2. Cancellations must be confirmed by email, fax or letter.
3. For accommodation bookings of 3 nights ore less, if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given and we are unable to re-let the accommodation 100% cancellation charge will be applied to any rooms that are not re-let.
4. For accommodation bookings of 4 nights ore more, if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given and we are unable to re-let the accommodation 100% cancellation charge will be applied to any rooms that are not re-let.
5. As we are a small hotel, for group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a minimum of 14 days notice is required to avoid cancellation charges above.
